1. Promotion Period
The promotional period lasts from the beginning of the calendar month to the penultimate day of the calendar month inclusively. If the month does not involve promotions, the site will not provide a form for an application for participation.
2. How to participate
In order to take part in the promotion, you must register, post on social networks (using a special form on the website), and perform an activity to gain points. To earn points, you must install one of our apps and perform a search activity with it.
Creating an Account is free of charge. You must use one Search Rewards account to enter multiple giveaways. Any attempt by any participant to use multiple/different accounts or identities to enter a giveaway will void.
Registration and use of the account is not available for all countries. Using means to bypass these restrictions is strictly prohibited.
3. No purchase necessary
Participation in promotions does not require you to pay in real money. Some of them will deduct points from your in-app balance, but the points are not related to real money and cannot be exchanged in any way. Earn points by being active to participate in raffles.
4. How to claim your prize
Your prize will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you do not receive your prize within 30 days, if you see yourself in the table of winners, please contact us.
5. Conditions of participation
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant's registration in the Promotion (and void all associated points) or entitlement to a prize/award if, in the sole discretion, we determine or suspect that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any points generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means).
Promotion Entities do not warrant that access to the Promotion will be uninterrupted. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Promotion or the Microsoft Rewards Program, the processing of points or Game Plays, or the offering or announcement of any prize/award of points or in any winner notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Promotion. Promotion Entities are also not responsible for lost, late, delayed, garbled, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged or undelivered mail, email or points. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery.
6. Personal data
Personal data collected may be used by Sponsor to verify a participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number in the event they are deemed a Potential Winner. Your information may also be transferred to countries outside of your jurisdiction of residence, including the United States. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations that provide the same level of protection to those that exist in your jurisdiction. By providing any data in connection with the Promotion, participants hereby expressly consent to such transfers of your data to the United States or other countries.
7. Disclosures
Any attempt by a participant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, We reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prize/points won. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in Promotion Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.
