End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the creators of the "Rewards" Web Application ("the App") regarding your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the App.

  1. License Grant
    Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the App without our prior written consent.

  2. Account Suspension and Point Resetting
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any of the terms of this EULA or have engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to the App. In addition, we may reset your points and rewards earned through the App if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you obtained them illegally or through the use of unauthorized tools.

  3. You agree not to use any virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to change your IP address while using the App. Any such use may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

  4. Ownership
    The App and all intellectual property rights associated with it, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to remove or modify any copyright or trademark notices, or other proprietary notices that appear on the App.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranties
    THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

  7. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

  8. Governing Law
    This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creators of the App reside.

  9. Termination
    This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App.

  10. Entire Agreement
    This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the App, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
